Synallactes

Ludwig, 1894

24 species

Body cylindrical or subcylindrical; 18-20 tentacles, no tentacle ampullae, stone canal attached to integument, ventral side flattened but not limited by a marginal brim. Ambulacral feet on ventral side and dorsally, papillae arranged in rows placed on radials; on ventral especially distinct in rows 3 series, single or double. Genital organs in two tufts, anus not in furrow, no anal teeth. Muscle bands divided. (Deichmann, 1930, from Perrier, 1901)
