Tentacles contain large quantities of rods of diverse form and size, in the stalk there are numerous tables with elongate multi-perforate discs and high or low spires, small perforates plates, even rosettes. In pedicels abundant calcareous particles and supporting tables but terminal plates while sometimes evident are usually small and difficult to discover. (Clark, 1938, partim.)

Twenty tentacles. In the body wall are found four columned plates or hollow shells in reducing degrees or modified forms. In the feet and papillae are four columned towers or derived forms. (Heding & Panning, 1954)
