UOGML 35th Anniversary Celebration

The Marine Lab celebrated its 35th anniversary with an open house, ceremony and luncheon. Those in attendance included: the Hon. Felix P. Comacho, Governor of Guam; the Hon. Mark Forbes, Speaker of the 28th Guam Legislature; the Hon. Joanne S. Brown, Vice-Speaker; the Hon. Lawrence Kasperbauer, Senator; University President Dr. Harold L. Allen; Vice President of Academic Affairs Dr. Helen J. D. Whippy; former faculty members Dr. Lucius G. Eldredge, Dr. Robert S. Jones, Dr. James A. Marsh, Jr., Dr. Richard H. Randall, and Dr. Roy T.
